Burnout, compassion fatigue, empathic distress, trauma exposure response-we know the symptoms by many names.  In this session, we journey to the heart of flourishing as an educator: Self-care. Participants will self-assess symptoms of burnout and learn simple methods to cultivate calm and build resiliency.  Participants will be guided through simple yoga and meditation practices, and create their own self-care plan.
