Burnout, compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, empathic distress, trauma exposure response-we know the symptoms by many names. In this presentation, participants will learn to recognize the symptoms of burnout and methods to cultivate calm and build resiliency. Participants will complete a brief self assessment, be guided through yoga and meditation practices, and create their own self-care plan. Presented by Leslye Padilla of PAPA and Kristin Reeder of DATA.
